Flavor Craft Triple Chocolate Flavoring Powder by Vit4ever
Some days, you want a hint of chocolate. Other days, you want chocolate that doesn't beat around the bush. For that second category, there's this chocolate flavoring powder from Vit4ever Flavor Craft, which draws on three sources at once: a cocoa flavor as a foundation, real dark chocolate chips, and real white chocolate chips on top. A tablespoon in your quark and the conversation topic isn't your workout for a moment. Not a subtle accent, then, but a dessert that could have come straight out of a cinema display case.
Three layers of chocolate in one tablespoon
The name is to be taken literally. The first layer is the chocolate flavor mixed into the inulin base, which sets the broad, round cocoa note. The second layer consists of dark chocolate chips with cocoa mass and cocoa butter, which occasionally add a slight bitterness and a firm chew. The third layer is white chocolate chips with whole milk powder, which, in contrast, are creamy and soft. As the chips are unevenly distributed in your dessert, each bite tastes a little different: sometimes dark, sometimes sweet and soft. This makes this variant less predictable than a simple chocolate mix, and that's precisely its charm. And since both types of chips contain cocoa butter, the flavor leaves that full, melting mouthfeel you know from real chocolate; with cocoa powder alone, you don't get that.
Brownie quark, melting oatmeal, and a quick dessert
In cold quark or skyr, the chocolate chips remain crunchy; stir in a tablespoon, let it sit for a moment, and you're closer in taste to brownie batter. In warm oatmeal, it's the opposite: the chips melt into small dark and white streaks in your breakfast. Beat the powder into thick quark and you get something resembling chocolate mousse, especially with a few raspberries on the side. A protein shake with milk becomes significantly richer, and those who bake can incorporate it into muffin or pancake batter for a double chocolate effect. It's also possible cold: mix the powder with Greek yogurt, freeze for a few hours, and you have chocolate ice cream with chips. Mocha lovers can stir a serving into a cold coffee with milk; espresso and dark chocolate prove to be a surprisingly mature duo. For evenings, there's casein pudding: a serving in it, let it set in the refrigerator, done. Chances are this little pot will empty faster than the rest of your supplies.
Where the 16 kcal per serving come from
Let's be honest: this is, along with hazelnut sandwich, the most substantial flavor in the series. A 5-gram serving represents, according to the nutritional table, 16 kcal and 1.21 grams of sugars, and these sugars are found almost entirely in the real chocolate chips. For comparison: a row of a chocolate bar can easily reach 160 kcal, ten times more. The base of the powder remains inulin, a fiber from chicory root that provides about 2.4 grams of fiber per serving, with sucralose as a sweetener instead of added sugar. Lactase, an enzyme that breaks down milk sugar, is also on the list. The figures for 100 grams in the table seem high, but keep in mind that you sprinkle grams at a time, not tens of grams; what actually ends up in your bowl remains minimal. However, be aware that the chocolate chips contain milk and soy.
