SiS REGO Clear Whey Isolate Peach

A recovery drink made from clear dissolving whey protein isolate. SiS REGO Clear Whey Isolate Peach provides 20 grams of protein and 21 grams of carbohydrates per 46-gram serving, dissolved in 500 ml of water as a clear fruit drink rather than a creamy shake. The flavor is a light peach, fresh and not too sweet. Only 1.5 grams of sugar per serving. Informed Sport certified. Contains milk.

What is clear whey and why does it dissolve transparently?

Classic whey concentrate contains lipids and lactose that make the shake cloudy and creamy. Whey protein isolate is, through additional filtration steps, almost entirely stripped of lipids and lactose, so that it dissolves in water as a clear liquid. REGO Clear uses 50% whey protein isolate as its base. The result is similar to a fruit drink: clear, light, and fresh in taste. This is not a cosmetic choice but a consequence of the protein's greater purity.

Protein and carbohydrates at the same time, a post-workout dose

Muscle recovery after intense exercise requires two things: protein for muscle protein synthesis and carbohydrates for glycogen replenishment. REGO Clear provides both in one product: 20 grams of whey protein isolate and 21 grams of carbohydrates from maltodextrin per 46-gram serving. You don't need to take a separate carbohydrate product alongside your protein shake. One dose in 500 ml of cold water within 30 minutes of training is sufficient.

Daily recovery product without accumulation of active substances

REGO Clear contains no caffeine, creatine, or other stimulating ingredients. The only active components are protein and carbohydrates, supplemented with maltodextrin and a sweetener. This makes it suitable for daily use after every workout, even if you train several times a week and use other supplements. There is no upper limit for daily intake related to the ingredients; only your total daily protein requirement is the reference.

REGO Clear is designed as a daily post-workout recovery product, not as a meal replacement or an energy source during exercise. For energy during sport, products from the GO and Beta Fuel ranges are suitable.

Why SiS REGO Clear Peach?

20g of whey protein isolate per serving, mixes like lemonade

REGO Clear uses whey protein isolate rather than concentrate. Isolate is further filtered, making it virtually fat-free and low in lactose, and allowing it to mix like water. The shake looks like a clear fruit drink, not a cloudy milkshake. This makes it easier to drink right after exercise, when the stomach still feels full and a thick shake is not appealing.

21 grams of carbohydrates, only 1.5 grams of sugar per serving

The carbohydrates come from maltodextrin, a rapidly absorbable polysaccharide that replenishes glycogen stores in the muscles without causing a sharp rise in blood sugar. Only 1.5 grams of the 21 grams of carbohydrates are simple sugars. This makes REGO Clear suitable as a daily recovery product, including for athletes who are mindful of their sugar intake.

Leucine is naturally found in whey protein isolate

Leucine is one of three branched-chain amino acids and plays a role in making muscle proteins. Whey protein isolate naturally has a higher leucine content than many plant sources. You don't need to take a separate BCAA supplement. The 20 grams of protein per serving provide a complete amino acid profile, including all essential amino acids.

Informed Sport certified, suitable as an everyday recovery product

Each batch is tested by Informed Sport for banned substances on the WADA list. No caffeine, no creatine, no other stimulating ingredients. You can use REGO Clear daily after every workout, even with multiple sessions per week, without worrying about the accumulation of active substances.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between REGO Clear and a standard protein shake?

A standard protein shake is most often made with whey concentrate or casein and mixes to be cloudy or creamy. REGO Clear uses whey protein isolate, which dissolves completely clear in water. The texture and taste are more like a fruit drink than a shake. This is intentional: for athletes who don't like creamy drinks right after exercise, a clear fruit drink is easy to consume.

When is the best time to take REGO Clear?

Within 30 minutes of your workout, when your glycogen stores are depleted and your muscles are ready to receive recovery signals. This initial 30 to 60-minute period after exercise is known as the recovery window: during this time, your body absorbs carbohydrates and proteins faster than at rest. You don't need to wait for your next meal if it's scheduled more than an hour later.

Can I also use REGO Clear if I haven't done an intense workout?

Yes, but it's a recovery product, not a daily protein intake in itself. The 21 grams of carbohydrates are useful after exercise but simply count towards your daily intake if you consume them at rest. If you want a protein supplement on a rest day, a pure protein shake without carbohydrates is more practical. REGO Clear is designed for daily use after workouts, not as a meal replacement.

How to deal with foam?

Foam is normal with whey protein isolate in water. Add the powder to cold water, not the other way around, shake well, and then let it sit for at least 1 minute. Most of the foam will then subside. Do not use hot liquids: protein denatures at high temperatures and therefore dissolves less well. If you use a shaker with a mixing ball, that also helps.

How many servings does one tub contain?

The 460-gram tub contains 10 servings of 46 grams. The 1380-gram tub contains 30 servings. With daily use after training, the small tub lasts two weeks, and the large tub lasts one month. Per serving, the large tub is more economical.

Is REGO Clear suitable if you are lactose intolerant?

Due to its extensive filtration process, whey protein isolate contains very little lactose, much less than whey concentrate. Many people with a slight lactose intolerance tolerate it well. However, in the case of a true milk allergy, the base is whey protein isolate and therefore contains milk proteins. In this case, REGO Clear is not suitable. If in doubt, consult a dietitian or doctor.
