This pack contains two complementary products: a tube of 20 GO Hydro Lemon tablets for hydration and a pack of 7 GO Isotonic Energy Gels in different flavors for energy during exercise.
GO Hydro Lemon (20 tablets): One tablet per 500 ml of water makes an electrolyte drink with 345 mg of sodium and almost no calories. Lemon is the most neutral flavor in the range. The tube fits in a bike bag or gym bag, and the tablets dissolve quickly.
GO Isotonic Energy Gels Variety Pack (7 pieces): Seven gels in different flavors, each 60 ml with 22 grams of carbohydrates. The gels are isotonic by themselves and do not require additional water. Thanks to the variety pack, you can try all the flavors before developing a preference.

Yes, but not in the same bottle. Use the hydro tablet in your bottle as a drink, take the gel separately directly from the sachet. Mixing gels with the liquid in your bottle changes the concentration of both products, which is not recommended.
