Broccoli XTR with Broccoli Extract, Choline and Vitamins
A compound formula based on concentrated broccoli extract (source of glucosinolates/sulforaphane), supplemented with choline, turmeric extract and vitamins E, B6, folate, D3 and B12. 60 vegetarian capsules per jar, dosage of 2 capsules per day. Manufactured by LUTO Supplements.
Broccoli extract as a base
The basis of this product is a concentrated broccoli extract (Brassica oleracea), rich in glucosinolates. These are plant substances that can be converted in the body into sulforaphane, a phytonutrient naturally present in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts. For broccoli extract and sulforaphane themselves, there are no approved EFSA claims, which is why we make no claims about these components.
Supplemented with vitamin E, folate, D3 and B12
The formula is supplemented with choline, turmeric extract and five vitamins: E, B6, folate, D3 and B12. Unlike broccoli extract, these vitamins do have officially approved health claims. Per daily dose of 2 capsules, the product provides, among other things, 100% of the reference intake for folate and ample daily requirement for vitamin E and D3. The approved claims for these vitamins are listed at the bottom of this page.
How to use Broccoli XTR capsules
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient water, preferably during a meal, and use them regularly. The capsules are vegetarian. If pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, it is advisable to consult a doctor, especially due to the turmeric extract.
