What one tablet adds to your water

Each tablet provides 250 mg of sodium, 56 mg of magnesium, 70 mg of potassium, 9 mg of calcium and 28 mg of vitamin C, dissolved in 750 ml of water. Sodium is by far the mineral you lose the most through sweat; the rest helps to supplement it. Magnesium contributes to normal electrolyte balance and vitamin C helps reduce fatigue. The tablet is divisible: half a tablet gives a lighter taste, dissolved in 500 ml a more concentrated drink.
