Returning an item

If you wish to return an order or an item, it must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unopened. For health and hygiene reasons, items whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned. If an item was not received in good condition, please contact our customer service.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

How to return an item?

• You will receive a return form from us by email
• Fill in the return form and attach it to your return shipment
• Add all items to be returned to the shipment. Make sure the package is well-packed so that it reaches us in good condition.
• Drop off the package at a carrier's shipping point
• Carefully keep the proof of shipment

What are the costs of a return shipment?

The return shipping costs are at your expense, except when one of the following exceptions applies:

• The product received is not the product ordered
• The product was delivered with the seal broken or with another defect
• The product has exceeded its expiration date

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. The total amount of the order, including delivery costs, will then be credited to you. Only the costs of returning the item from your home to the online store are at your expense. For exact rates, consult your carrier's website. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of the return declaration, provided that the product has already been received in good condition.

Exception for sealed products

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and can no longer be returned. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return the product and the total amount of the order, including delivery costs, will be credited to you. Only the costs of returning the item from your home to the online store are at your expense.
